About Blank Blok
Blank Blok is an independent web design studio based in Poland, specializing in modern website design and development using Framer.
All services are provided as custom digital work created specifically for each client.
Services
Blank Blok offers custom website design and Framer development services, including website strategy, UI design, responsive development, basic SEO setup, animations, CMS implementation where applicable, and optional additional features.
Every project is created individually based on the selected package and the information provided by the client.
Payments
All projects require a 50% upfront payment before work begins.
The remaining 50% payment is due once the project has been completed and approved, before the website is transferred to the client's Framer account.
Work will not begin until the initial payment has been successfully received.
Failure to complete the final payment may result in the project remaining unpublished and ownership remaining with Blank Blok.
No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable.
The initial payment reserves production time and covers research, planning, design, development, communication, and all work completed during the project.
Because every website is created specifically for each client, refunds cannot be provided after work has begun.
By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
Revisions
Each pricing package includes a specific number of revision rounds as described on the Pricing page.
Revision requests should remain within the original project scope.
Requests for additional features, new pages, significant redesigns, or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.
Project Timeline
Most projects are completed within 1 to 4 weeks.
Project timelines may vary depending on project complexity, revision rounds, response times, and the timely delivery of required materials by the client.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials required for the project, including but not limited to:
website content
logos
brand assets
images
feedback
approvals
Delays in providing these materials may extend the project timeline.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use all provided content.
Project Ownership
Until the final payment has been received, all project files, designs, layouts and development work remain the property of Blank Blok.
After the final payment has been completed, ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client by transferring the project to the client's Framer account.
Blank Blok reserves the right to showcase completed projects within its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional Services
Additional services such as Light & Dark Theme implementation, additional language versions, ongoing maintenance, or future improvements are available separately and may require additional payment.
Maintenance services are quoted individually based on project requirements.
Communication
Project communication is primarily conducted via email.
Clients are encouraged to respond promptly to questions, approvals and revision requests in order to avoid unnecessary project delays.
Third-Party Services
Projects may include integrations with third-party services such as Stripe, Framer or other platforms selected by the client.
Blank Blok is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
Blank Blok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of the completed website.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final content before launch.
Changes to These Terms
Blank Blok reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
